- Reservation must be made through the official website of Grand Jules Boat Hotel*** and you have to receive the official confirmation from the hotel.
- The better offer must be found on a third-party website and a completed claim form submitted within 24 hours of the booking. You can find the claim submittal form online, at our website.
- The better offer must be for the same type of accommodation, which means the same room type, with the same dates (arrival and departure dates) and length of stay, same number of guests. It must be the same payment and cancellation policy in case of the two offers and must include the same taxes (VAT, tourist tax) and services and package elements.
- Best Price Guarantee concern to the same room type as you booked at the official website of Grand Jules Boat Hotel***. It must be the same view, type of bedding, maximum number of persons and room facilities.
- Better offer has to be valid and available during the examination.
- Better offer has to be in the same currency as the direct booking of the official website of Grand Jules Boat Hotel***. Rate disparities solely attributable to fluctuations and/or differences in currency exchange rates are excluded from the guarantee.
- You may submit only one claim for each stay. A “stay” means the total number of consecutive nights spent at the same time by the same guest or guests. You must complete the stay.
- Grand Jules Boat Hotel*** check the „better offer” within 48 hours of receiving the claim and send an e-mail of the result of the examination.
- Better offer must be open to reservation by the general public and be verifiable by Grand Jules Boat Hotel***.
- This guarantee does not apply to the following rate types: a. Rates that are not publicly available, such as negotiated corporate or group rates or opaque rates
